data into direction

What You'll Do

  • Architect and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn that don't just perform — they scale.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize performance to maximize ROI and impact.
  • Work closely with product, design, and content teams to create integrated, story-driven growth funnels.
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights — not just reports.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging trends but prioritize 
    outcomes over vanity metrics.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in 
    performance marketing, PPC, and social media ads.
  • A strong analytical mind , you love testing hypotheses and finding what truly works.
  • Familiarity with 
    SEO principles, keyword strategy, and marketing automation tools.
  • Clear communication and an eye for creativity you know how to make numbers talk.
  • A mindset that blends 
    strategy, speed, and substance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any field that taught you how to think.
