Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain financial documents, both physical and digital
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Process and record invoices, payments, and credits for accounts payable and receivable
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements and customer payments
- Manage and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile company bank statements with internal financial records
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation to prevent fraud or errors
- Assist in preparing and reviewing month-end financial reports and statements
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial periods
- Support the accounting team in meeting deadlines and requirements
- Assist in processing payroll, including data entry and calculation of salaries and benefits
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits
- Maintain payroll records and reports
- Accurately and efficiently enter financial data into accounting software
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and reports
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Support the accounting team during internal and external audits
- Provide necessary documentation and information to auditors
- Assist in resolving any audit findings or issues
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
