Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage and nurture client relationships within the background verification domain. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients, timely delivery of services, and high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal verification teams.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure accurate and timely execution of background verification checks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil client needs.
  • Track and manage client cases, ensuring SLAs are met and escalations are handled promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding case progress and outcomes.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and training them on service processes and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry regulations.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying upselling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in background verification or HR services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and background verification platforms.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
