Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with focus on inbound voice process (domestic).
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English and any of the regional languages. (Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
