Description
  1. Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with CASA customers, leveraging opportunities to cross-sell and upsell a range of financial products.
  2. Achieve Revenue Goals: Attain set revenue targets through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  3. New Product Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new liability, asset, and card products.
  4. Channel Management: Oversee and optimize the VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager) channel.
  5. Enhanced Customer Solutions: Promote and sell both bank and third-party products to our existing customer base.
  6. Partner Collaboration: Work closely with life insurance (LI) and mutual fund (MF) partners to streamline processes and drive business growth.
Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling, upselling, and new customer acquisition. Manage and scale the VRM channel, review business performance with stakeholders, and drive digital onboarding. 
Oversee CASA and NRI accounts while ensuring cost-to-income ratios meet budgetary targets.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve revenue targets in line with budgetary goals while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and quality standards.
  2. Develop effective scripts and pitches for outbound campaigns. 
  3. Regularly review telecaller performance and manage resource productivity and cost of acquisition. 
  4. Provide ongoing training and updates to the team. 
  5. Monitor and control mis-selling and other malpractices. 
  6. Track and enhance the Customer Experience (CX) index to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Graduate/ MBA
