What would you be required to do?
• Ensure all job descriptions are as per business requirements and there is role parity in
the organization chart in terms of role redundancy, overlapping, gender and cost
alignment
• Understand job specifications from hiring managers, discuss with Department Heads,
and secure approvals before initiating recruitment.
• Maintain hygiene factors such as job descriptions, job specifications, KPIs, candidate
information forms, feedback forms, reference check forms, and daily/weekly/monthly
reports.
• Strategize recruitment channels for each role and justify associated costs.
• Maintain and share weekly recruitment dashboards highlighting process efficiency
with all internal stakeholders.
• Report daily on CVs received, shortlisted, rejected, and in interviews, role-wise, to
Department Heads, analyze ratios and refine recruitment strategy accordingly.
• Track employees on notice periods and proactively plan replacement hiring.
• Build a proactive talent pipeline for high attrition roles.
• Create a campus hiring strategy and interaction all year round
• Provide market insights and recommend solutions to address talent challenges
proactively.
• Identify, onboard and manage recruitment consultants and agencies for optimal
outcomes.
• Prepare and share monthly recruitment and HR reports with internal stakeholders.
• Manage HR operational trackers including Mediclaim claims, attendance, and leave
records for payroll processing.
• Support HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and ad hoc projects as
needed.
• Ensure seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.
Skills needed:
• An uncompromising passion for problem solving
• Preferably a recruitment consultant with experience of 3+ years in recruiting
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and scanning through cv's all-day
• Hard core recruiting experience in IT (50%) as well as Non-IT (50%) roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and efficient in stakeholder
management
• Attention to detail
• Able to handle ad hoc work without stress
Qualifications:
• MBA in HR or related field with 3+ years of experience,
OR
• At least 5 years of HR work experience (Start-up experience a plus)

Work Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Half Day)
