Job Title: Freelance DSA + Python Trainer

Location: Remote / Greater Noida (Flexible, with option to move Full-Time later)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on Python, Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA) to freshers and working professionals.
  • Design, update, and enhance training content, exercises, and coding assignments.
  • Conduct live classes, workshops, hackathons, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students for interview preparation and problem-solving.
  • Evaluate student performance, review code submissions, and share feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the academic and placement team to ensure training outcomes align with industry hiring standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest programming trends, tools, and MNC hiring assessment patterns.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech (or equivalent in CS/IT) .
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years combined experience in Python development and delivering training/mentorship.
  • Strong command of Python, DSA (Arrays, Strings, Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming, etc.).
  • Experience with coding platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ability to handle interactive sessions and engage learners of varied backgrounds.
  • Prior experience in EdTech / corporate training is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1, ₹3,000.00 per hour
