Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific territory, often through networking and cold calling.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations with potential and existing customers.
  • Sales Execution: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyze competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developments.
  • Coordination: Work with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery to customers.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field or outside sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Typical Work Environment

  • Field-based, involving travel to client locations, retail stores, or trade shows.
  • May involve working outside regular business hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
