About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented
Freelance Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic marketing and communications team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, brand storytelling, and visual communication. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital, print, and social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who loves to experiment with visuals, stay updated on trends, and transform ideas into compelling visuals that inspire audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Develop layouts and designs for marketing materials including brochures, posters, infographics, presentations, and event branding.
  • Collaborate with the content, digital marketing, and branding teams to ensure creative consistency across all channels.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for campaigns, product launches, and digital ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos for social media and marketing use.
  • Maintain brand identity and visual style guidelines across all projects.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver them on time without compromising on quality.
  • Prepare files for both digital and print production ensuring the highest technical quality.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that enhance brand engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX and social media design formats.
  • Experience with motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video design is an added advantage.
  • Strong creativity with attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into visual reality.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with content writers, marketers, and management.
