Role Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager – DSA Sales (Channel Partner – SME Loans) for a full-time position based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, driving SME loan sales through DSAs, and meeting business targets. Key responsibilities include onboarding new DSAs, providing product training, developing strategies to enhance sales performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to partners and clients. This is an on-site role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship management skills, particularly in managing channel partners and driving SME loan products
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and building trust with partners and clients
- Experience in training DSAs on product offerings and assisting them to achieve targets
- Good understanding of SME and MSME financing markets, along with analytical skills for strategizing performance improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within an on-site team environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within deadlines
