Role Overview:
Arche is seeking skilled and experienced Solution Managers. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, presales team and delivery team to ensure that all proposals and bid responses are prepared with a client-first methodology while safeguarding the Arches interests. Candidate should have good and proven knowledge of different offerings such as Digital/AI, Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity and Data Center Consulting This role involves leading the development of competitive solutions, managing the end- to-end solution, bid process, and ensuring the timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound proposals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of cost, technical, and commercial aspects of solutions, proposals, and bids.
- Take complete ownership of the solutioning life cycle while interacting with the different stake holders.
- The ideal candidate should be a versatile professional with the ability to seamlessly solution infrastructure technologies such as AI, cloud technologies, network, security, and data center into an unified infrastructure solution that enhances business value to the customers.
- Developing competitive offerings, client facing materials, preparation and participation in client visits, meetings and workshops.
- Manage a repository of solutions, proposals, bids, and evidence for future reference. Ensure solutions are designed with a client-first approach while aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead the creation of compelling and competitive solutions, ensuring all products/services are included in the final pricing.
- Own the final proposal focusing on both content and presentation.
- Manage the solution management process end-to-end, ensuring on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound proposals.
- Work with the Sales team to develop clear win strategies and ensure win themes are compelling.
- Strong solution costing knowledge and skills.
- Ensure timelines are met at each step of the solution process, including internal governance and deadlines.
- Share domain-specific innovations and best practices with the team.
- Work with practice leaders to develop competitive offerings client-facing materials Work closely with the sales team to build a healthy pipeline and support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- The candidate should have 12 to 25 years of relevant experience in solution management, infrastructure services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Proven ability to identify and resolve technical and business issues.
- Experience managing complex bids and solutions from start to finish. Strong proposal writing technical skills
