Job Title:
Human Resources Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our Human Resources team. You will assist in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining employee records. This role will give you hands-on exposure to core HR processes and people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Help maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and HR operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate (Pursuing or recent) in HR/Business/related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
