1. Business Growth & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for STP, ETP, RO, DM, and ZLD systems.
- Prepare and present technical–commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and finalize orders with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers and consultants.
2. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Identify potential clients in infrastructure, hospitality, food processing, and manufacturing sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, digital marketing, exhibitions, and networking.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
3. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Meet consultants, architects, and project managers to promote the company's products and technology.
- Support clients in the selection of treatment technologies and system sizing.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, technical discussions, and presentations.
4. Proposal & Documentation
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams for preparing offers and BOQs.
- Review tenders, specifications, and drawings to prepare techno-commercial bids.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents (PQ), vendor registrations, and project submittals.
5. Project & Internal Coordination
- Hand over confirmed projects to the execution team with complete documentation.
- Support in project planning and client communication during execution.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction.
6. Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor performance against targets and suggest corrective actions.
- Assist management in pricing strategies, market expansion, and brand positioning.
7. Team & Brand Development
- Support and train junior sales or lead generation staff.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
- Maintain CRM and digital marketing data records.
Educational & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 5–10 years' experience in water & wastewater treatment sales or project business.
- Strong technical understanding of STP, ETP, RO, and MBR systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹279, ₹1,249,847.85 per year
