Job Summary:

The UPVC Service Engineer is responsible for the training of fabricator, inspection and maintenance of UPVC windows and doors at fabricator places and Customer Sites as well. They must ensure service excellence, timely resolution of complaints, and uphold the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service Audit visits to fabricator places for UPVC product training, Installation Training, and complaint resolution.
• Inspect and diagnose issue in the windows.
• Carry out minor onsite repairs including sash alignment, replacement along with the Fabricator
• Ensure all service tasks are completed as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams for technical clarifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Fabrication.
• 1–3 years of experience in UPVC window and door servicing (preferred).
• Knowledge of different UPVC systems, profiles, hardware, and accessories.
• Good communication skills and customer handling abilities.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
