**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Establishing Standards**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards for the Indian market, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Communicate these standards effectively to both staff and customers.
- **Continuous Innovation**:

- Stay updated on new fenestration products and innovations.
- Report findings to management and assist in implementing relevant developments.
- **Quality Management & Assurance**:

- Address and resolve quality-related customer complaints in coordination with production teams.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, ensuring aluminum profiles meet high standards of strength, durability, and finish.
- **Customization & Communication**:

- Provide accurate measurements, customization options, and transparent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer guidance on product selection, materials, and fabrication processes.
- **Product Education & Support**:

- Provide customers with product education, documentation, and support to maximize product performance.
- Offer after-sales service, including warranty management and troubleshooting.
- **Technical Support & Training**:

- Advise on machine selection for fabrication needs and assist with plant setups.
- Participate in hands-on training and the start-up of fabrication activities.
- Conduct site visits, technical support, and installation checks across India.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and client use, including visit reports and complaint resolution logs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Freshers**: Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
- **Experienced**: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or quality management is preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively across India
- Technical knowledge of aluminum windows and doors fabrication is a plus
- Ability to handle and resolve complaints efficiently
