**Role Objective**

To maintain precise financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and provide management with timely financial insights for smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP or similar software.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
- Monitor petty cash and bank transactions.

**Taxation & Compliance**
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in audits (internal & statutory) and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Maintain documentation for tax assessments and regulatory requirements.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Generate monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Support in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash-flow reports.

**Other Duties**
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
- Implement best practices for process improvements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and basic MS Office.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent numerical and analytical ability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

**Work Schedule**
- Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

**Work Location**: In Person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
