Jr. Graphic Designer/intern

**Job Summary**

Graphic designers play a pivotal role in the creative process, leveraging their design expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful visual solutions that elevate brands and effectively communicate messages to target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountability**

Developing visual concepts and graphics for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, posters, flyers, brochures, logos, and other marketing collaterals.

Working from briefs or instructions to translate requirements into visual design concepts

Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create designs.

Manipulating and editing images and graphics as required.

Selecting appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts for each design project.

Ensuring consistency in design elements across all platforms and materials.

Setting up cameras, microphones, lighting, and other equipment for photoshoot/video recording.

Using techniques such as camera movement, angles, and framing to create visually compelling shots. S

electing the best shots from the session and editing them using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).

Adjusting colors, contrast, and other aspects of the image to enhance visual appeal. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.

Ensuring all design elements are aligned, spaced correctly, and consistent throughout each project.

Checking proofs or mockups for errors before final production.

**Graphic Designer Qualifications**

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and potentially experience with prototyping tools.

A keen understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain it across all design projects.

A basic understanding of marketing principles and how design contributes to achieving marketing goals (a plus).

A passion for staying up to date on the latest design trends and software.

**Education and Experience**

A bachelor’s or Masters degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Digital Art, or a similar field is required.

Fresher or 6+ Months of experience in the same domain.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Knowledge of Designing.

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
