Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Account Management Specialist
located in Bengaluru. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for handling account management tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, managing accounts, resolving client issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Minimum 2 years experience required as an
Accounts Management Specialist.

Designation: Account Management

Qualification: Graduate/ Technical Diploma

Experience Required: 2-6 yrs

Location: Bengaluru

CTC (According to experience range):

1. 2-4 Years: 7LPA – 9.5LPA

2. 4-6 Years: 10LPA – 12.5LPA

Essential Skills:


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English – both written and verbal.


• Accuracy and attention to detail.


• Basic computer skills, MS Office knowledge


• Strong understanding of sales cycle


• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer relationships at all levels


• Technical aptitude; must be able to quickly learn Entrust products/services, sales strategies, pricing, delivery, and installation processes

Responsibilities:


• Log issues with all relevant details, including the nature of the issue, steps to mitigate it, affected users or systems, and any error messages


• Ensure that the right teams (e.g., technical support, product, engineering) are informed about the issue ∙Assist the front-end Entrust CAT team in renewal of contract Understand terms and prepare materials for renegotiation, request and manage quoting, pricing and all approvals, and support solutions any issues that arise during the process


• Effectively document and log all relevant details, assess impact, assign severity, ensure all the right internal teams are informed, assign priority, and communicate to customer that issue has been registered and is being addressed


• Taking the lead on more complex expansions or renewals supporting other AMT members as appropriate.


• Taking responsibility and ownership for analysing market opportunities, growing the business, development of sales strategies, and forecasting within your territory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in IT or ITES industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field/ Graduate/ Technical Diploma.
