Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ambattur for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client requirements and providing suitable automation solutions. Daily tasks include managing technical presentations, offering technical support, preparing proposals, and working closely with the sales team to design customized solutions. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring effective communication throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Sales with a focus on understanding customer needs and solutions
- Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members and clients in Ambattur
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Previous experience in the automation industry is an advantage
