Being the Executive – Technical Project Delivery Management of the product company, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, and tracking the delivery of Fintech product/Project developments.

This role offers hands-on exposure to project execution, stakeholder coordination, and Technology Product/Project delivery processes — making it an ideal start for someone aspiring to become a Technical Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.

• Assist in preparing project schedules, dashboards, and reports.

• Learn and use project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project etc.,).

• Maintain project documentation (plans, risk registers, and issue logs).

Functional responsibilities:

• Document meeting minutes, follow up on action items and track task progress.

• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, SQA and Software teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (Agile practices).

• Identify basic delivery risks and escalate issues to the Manager.

• Support communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualification:

• To qualify for the role you must have Diploma, BSc or Bachelor's degree in Electronics communication, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or related field.

Key attributes for success:

• Strong interest in Project management, technology Product/Project delivery etc.

• Good understanding of PDLC (Product Development Lifecycle).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or project management principles (added advantage).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project tracking tools.

• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ownership.

• Establish trust, responsive to change/adaptability; learn continuously/improvement-orientation, proactive, positive joyful.

• Strong demonstrated experience in interaction with cross functional heads and continuously questioning the status quo and raise the bar in improving quality, collaboration and experience

You will earn brownie points if you have:

• Internship or academic project exposure in project coordination or project management with delivery.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar Project management tools.

• Certification or coursework in project management if any.
