Female - Operations Executive for a Start-up firm at the following location MULUND, MUMBAI

Robocation Edutech Private Limited is the most advanced educational platform that aims to bring all Educators and Learners to a highly immersive LAB.

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Overseeing the day-to-day activity of our learning facilitators at schools
  • Having an occasional word with your users to gauge their satisfaction levels.
  • Ensuring proper onboarding of every school on the platform is seen through.
  • Managing all communication with schools and the coordinator, and the Sales Team.
  • Answering general queries on calls and emails on an ad hoc basis.
  • Escalating critical issues to management or related teams for immediate resolutions.

Ideal Candidate

  • You possess a Degree and have at least 3 year of experience working in a formal workspace.
  • You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, basic Excel and PowerPoint are required along with a handling emails.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You also possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle critical situation with composure is required for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
