Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, with proven expertise in building high-quality Flutter apps for iOS and Android. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to app architecture, and ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with designers, and backend developers to define app features and architecture.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Integrate REST APIs, and third-party SDKs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of total software development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON.
  • Strong knowledge of state management solutions .
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Firebase, push notifications.
  • Knowledge of app store submission processes (Google Play Store & Apple App Store).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
