About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with expertise in Flutter along with hands-on experience in native iOS development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, as well as native iOS applications.


You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile apps that deliver seamless user experiences on both Android and iOS platforms, with a particular focus on iOS best practices and App Store deployment.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter SDK & Dart.
● Strong knowledge of state management (BLoC, Provider) and immutability patterns (Freezed).
● Experience building custom widgets, handling platform-specifi c code, and working with platform channels.
● Integrate APIs and handle network calls using Dio with Retrofi t.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code.
● Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth animations and responsiveness.
● Maintain and enhance native iOS components using Swift and SwiftUI as needed.
● Manage the App Store submission process, ensuring compliance with Apple's guidelines.
● Participate in code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and follow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Flutter Skills
● Proficiency in Flutter SDK and Dart language.
● Strong understanding of state management, particularly BLoC pattern.
● Experience with Freezed, Dio, and Retrofit.
● Knowledge of cross-platform mobile development best practices.
iOS Skills
● Experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
● Familiarity with UIKit, AutoLayout, and iOS app lifecycle.
● Knowledge of App Store submission process, certificates, provisioning profiles, and Apple Developer ecosystem.
General
● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
● Good debugging, testing, and optimization skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team in an agile environment.

Good to Have
● Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile app deployment.
● Understanding of mobile security best practices.
