*Overview*

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to lead the end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance apps for ride-sharing, property management, rental platforms, and other consumer services. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Flutter/Dart, has shipped apps to both iOS and Android, and can guide best practices for mobile engineering.

*Responsibilities*

Lead design and development of Flutter apps from concept to deployment.

Architect robust app state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).

Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party SDKs (Google Maps, Razorpay, Stripe, Firebase).

Implement features like real-time tracking, push notifications, in-app payments, chat.

Optimize apps for speed, responsiveness, battery life, and offline usage.

Handle App Store / Play Store submissions and release pipelines.

Review code and mentor junior Flutter/web hybrid developers.

Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers.

*Required Skills*

Expert in Dart/Flutter (4+ years experience).

Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL).

Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Flutter Driver).

Hands-on with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Analytics).

Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).

*Nice-to-Have*

Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).

Exposure to AR/VR integrations in Flutter.

Knowledge of native iOS/Android SDKs.
