Are you a dedicated and experienced
EHS Officer
with 5-8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector? Davat Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional to join our team in a key role focused on maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Risk Management
    : You will develop, implement, and monitor all workplace safety programs, ensuring full compliance with local and federal regulations. This includes conducting regular safety audits, identifying hazards, and developing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance & Policy
    : You'll be responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to EHS regulations specific to the beverage industry. This involves developing and enforcing EHS policies, maintaining permits, and keeping all necessary documentation up to date.
  • Training & Awareness
    : Lead training programs on workplace safety and environmental responsibility to promote a strong safety culture throughout the company.
  • Incident Investigation
    : Oversee the reporting and investigation of all incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Sustainability & Reporting
    : Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce waste, energy, and water consumption. You will also track and report on key EHS performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an EHS Officer within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in safety management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards for machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
