
Area Business Manager

- An Area Business Manager in Delhi for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) leads sales and business development across these products, manages sales teams, and drives growth through channel and open market sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans for PL, BL, HL, LAP to meet area sales targets, focusing on both direct and indirect sourcing channels.
- Manage and mentor a sales team, providing training, setting targets, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, brokers, referral partners, and local vendors to expand sourcing network and generate leads.
- Oversee end-to-end loan process from lead generation, customer meetings, application login, credit processing, to disbursal—ensuring compliance throughout.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and area business health, and recommend new initiatives for sales expansion.
- Prepare sales MIS, business development reports, and forecasts for senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, cross-sell other bank/financial products, and drive portfolio quality with strict documentation and regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/MBA, with 3–8 years of retail loans sales/area management experience (PL/BL/HL/LAP preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivation abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of retail lending, product documentation, and local market/channel partner dynamics.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, budgeting, and CRM tools.
- Highly target-driven, adaptive, and organized, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
