Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers regarding telecom services.
  • Troubleshoot service-related issues such as network problems, SIM activation, data usage, etc.
  • Respond to billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and payment issues.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to senior support if needed.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom services and customer support.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree with experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
