We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Java Developer Freshers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have recently completed their graduation or training in Computer Science/IT and are eager to start a career in software development. You will be mentored by senior developers and gain hands-on experience in building real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging Java applications under guidance.
  • Write clean and efficient code by following best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and team members to understand project requirements.
  • Learn and apply Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
  • Support integration with databases and APIs.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and contribute to team discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or currently pursuing final year).
  • Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, data structures, and SQL basics.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, or RESTful APIs (coursework/training level acceptable).
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn from feedback.
