Job Title: Manager, Hub Operations

Location: New Delhi

Department: Logistics / Supply Chain

Job Summary:

The Hub Manager (PAN India Operations) will be responsible for overseeing and

coordinating logistics operations across all company units and hubs nationwide. The role

involves ensuring seamless transportation, inventory control, dispatch management, and

process standardization across regions. The position requires a strong focus on efficiency,

cost optimization, and timely delivery of goods, while ensuring compliance with company

policies and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and coordinate daily activities across all hubs in India.

● Build and nurture a team of regional coordinators and hub team members

● Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across locations

for smooth and consistent operations.

● Monitor hub performance through defined KPIs such as SOP adherence, inventory

accuracy, compliance, and cost.

● Oversee inbound and outbound movement of goods, ensuring timely dispatches and

receipts strictly adhering to SOP.

● Ensure efficient coordination between regional teams, logistics, and units.

● Manage landlord relationships, vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure

service-level compliance.

● Analyse hub performance data and prepare reports for management on operational

performance and cost trends.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives across hubs for efficiency and cost

optimization.

● Conduct regular audits of hubs to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and

compliance standards.

● Lead, train, and mentor hub-level teams to ensure operational consistency and

accountability.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● Strong leadership and multi-location team management skills.

● Excellent understanding of warehousing and store operations.

● Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment.

Qualification & Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

(MBA preferred).

● 4–5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3–4 years managing

multiple locations.

● Experience in a PAN India logistics role (preferably in FMCG, recycling, e-commerce,

or manufacturing sectors).
