Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Consultant. The Growth Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives, building and managing customer relationships using CRM systems, and driving sales to meet company goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for event planning and executing campaigns aimed at expanding the company's reach and impact in the risk management domain.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and efficient Sales expertise
  • Exceptional skills in Marketing and Event Planning for growth-focused initiatives
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to develop and sustain client relations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with the risk management sector or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
