About This Role:

We are looking for a smart, driven, and execution-focused individual to join the
Founder's Office at Pet Set Go
. This role will directly support the founder in driving the
next leg of growth
, including
business expansion, strategic projects, QC improvements
and new category development. If you love building, problem-solving and working in a fast-growing consumer brand, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market/competitor research and support strategic planning.
  • Lead experiments for new products, markets, and partnerships.
  • Streamline processes across production, supply chain, and dispatch.
  • Drive expansion into new categories, channels and markets.
  • Ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Support the founder on priority projects and decisions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Ensure follow-through and coordination across teams.

What you'll need

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    strategy, ops, consulting, growth or founder's office roles
    (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
  • A builder mindset — someone who takes initiative and finds solutions.
  • Passion for consumer brands, retail or pet industry is a bonus.
