Responsibilities
  1. Support execution of strategic wet and MEP infrastructure plans aligned with city planning and service integration.
  2. Manage detailed design and engineering of wet systems and MEP components ensuring compliance with Indian and international standards.
  3. Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Facilitate adoption of sustainable, energy-efficient, and smart technologies in wet and MEP systems.
  5. Conduct feasibility checks, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize performance and cost.
  6. Coordinate with master planners, engineering disciplines, and PMC teams for integrated design delivery. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical and execution matters.
  7. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
  8. Support integration of Smart City and SCADA systems within wet utilities and MEP networks.
  9. Monitor HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems implementation.
  10. Provide regular updates to the Head – City Wet Utilities & MEP and Advisor – Infra on progress, risks, and resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of design software such as WaterGEMS, SWMM, AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, etc. 1 2.
  • 8–12 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in wet utilities and MEP infrastructure delivery in mid to large-scale organisations. The candidate should have experience in managing multi-site infrastructure projects within MNCs, Indian companies, or conglomerates, specifically in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, covering wet utilities, Infra MEP systems, and smart city integration. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate execution excellence, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
