Role Overview
As an HBR Recruiter Partner, you'll collaborate with our recruitment team to source and refer potential candidates from your professional or personal network.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and refer candidates for open BPO and non-BPO positions shared by HBR.
- Maintain a basic understanding of job requirements and eligibility.
- Coordinate initial candidate communication and ensure accurate referrals.
- Track candidate status until joining.
- Ensure genuine and verified profiles are shared (no duplication).
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing preferred.
