Role Overview

As an HBR Recruiter Partner, you'll collaborate with our recruitment team to source and refer potential candidates from your professional or personal network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and refer candidates for open BPO and non-BPO positions shared by HBR.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of job requirements and eligibility.

  • Track candidate status until joining.
  • Ensure genuine and verified profiles are shared (no duplication).
