Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to oversee and execute the talent acquisition process for our growing automobile business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within the automotive industry, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support production, engineering, sales, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, agencies, and social media).
  • Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline for key and recurring roles.
  • Handle recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles within manufacturing, R&D, service, and sales divisions.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reports for management review.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with HR operations for onboarding and background verification processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices to attract top talent.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's image in the job market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 3–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the automobile industry
  • Strong understanding of automotive job roles (production, quality, design, service, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, job boards, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
