Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including client interaction, job application management, and candidate placement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, build relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction:
  • Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their job openings and candidate progress.
  • Job Application Management:
  • Identify suitable job openings for clients based on their skills, experience, and preferences.
  • Prepare and submit job applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all documents (resumes, cover letters, etc.) are professional and tailored.
  • Follow up with employers or recruitment agencies to track application status.
  • Candidate Placement:
  • Source and screen potential candidates using job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools.
  • Conduct initial interviews or assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities and facilitate the placement process.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the recruitment database or CRM system.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Market Research:
  • Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for the recruitment agency.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
