The Role

  • Lead and scale FireCompass's digital growth strategy — driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline globally.
  • You'll lead digital marketing, marketing operations, creative, and web development to accelerate inbound pipeline growth.
  • Located in Bangalore, India.

What You Bring

  • Proven record in pipeline growth & ROI in a Series A/ Series B funded startup.
  • Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy: acquisition, engagement, retention, growth of user base, and brand visibility.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns with hands-on experience: paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), SEO/SEM, social, email marketing, content marketing.
  • Lead website & conversion optimization: UX/CRO, analytics, lead capture, funnels.
  • Collaborate across functions: sales, product, content, design, operations.
  • Track, measure, and optimize performance: KPIs, dashboards, ROI, MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Manage marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent), ensure data hygiene, segmentation, lead scoring.
