Art Director – Performance Marketing & Brand Campaigns

Location: Bangalore 
Type: Full-time

We're on the lookout for an Art Director who bridges design craft and marketing logic. Someone who can conceptualize and guide high-performing ad campaigns for global clients, while mentoring a team of designers to push creative standards higher.

In this role, you'll:

  • Set the creative direction for digital ad campaigns.

  • Work closely with copy, performance, and brand teams to produce ad concepts that drive results.

  • Coach and inspire junior designers in crafting ad variations and story-driven visuals.

  • Build scalable creative systems for testing, iteration, and optimization.

You should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital or ad design, including global campaign experience.

  • Strong understanding of ad formats, CTR optimization, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams.

  • An ad-heavy portfolio showcasing international campaigns and experimentation.
