Alter Domus is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Client Portal team in our Hyderabad office. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the product roadmap for a segment of our portal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of new features and capabilities for our clients and internal users.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear and actionable product features and specifications.   Product Development:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA to drive the development and deployment of the application.User Experience:  Champion user-centered design principles, and partner with UX designers to ensure that the application provides intuitive experiences for our customers.  Market Research:  Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.  Metrics and Analysis:  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to monitor the success of the application, making data-backed decisions for product improvements.  Stakeholder Communication:  Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.  User Acceptance & Implementation: Work with business owners to secure user acceptance and support business operations during and after implementationCompliance and Security:  Ensure that the application complies with relevant regulations and security standards, working closely with legal and security teams. 

Qualifications​:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fieldProven experience (7+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar rolePrevious experience in the alternatives industry is a plusAnalytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision makingExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and conciselyProficiency in agile development methodologies and toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyDemonstrated focus on qualityProven experience in interfacing with customers (internal and external)Ability to work independently with limited supervisionConsistently deliver on commitments, taking ownership and overcoming obstacles
