a high-growth dynamic company in an extraordinary industry We innovate the leading-edge of clinical research data We do it faster better and with an eye on the future of our industry Role PurposeThe Data Analyst II works with Client Services staff to process data changes upon request The Data Analyst II is also responsible for delivering data transfers when needed The Data Analyst II shows high attention to detail to ensure that data updates they conduct as well as data transfers they output and deliver to our clients are of the utmost quality Want to join the Best Team of Your LifeWere looking for people who are excited by the potential to make a difference in the world You need to be decisive open to celebrating mistakes able to communicate transparently and inclusively and someone your team can count on Most of all you need to be yourself As part of our team your Key Accountabilities Demonstrates extreme attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work Responsible for executing data changes per request either through backend database scripts or with the use of validated in-house Data Solution Tools Creates and executes Data Change Guides DCGs and determines corresponding risk impact assessments Creates DTS packages for imports into study databases Writes and executes SQL queries against MS SQL Database to extract data for Data Transfers and Reports May be called upon to execute SAS queries against MS SQL Database to extract data for Data Transfers and Reports Delivers client-requested database transfer datasets upon request Participates in meetings with appropriate Client Services and Technical Delivery team members as it relates to study implementation and maintenance Follows Bracket Standard Operating Procedures for data change management data transfer verification and risk impact assessment documentation Creates stored procedures to manipulate data for data-driven changes to IXR system functionality if needed Monitors data collected across multiple databases when required May be called upon to verify data change requests May be called upon to verify content of client-requested database transfer datasets per approved Data Transfer specifications Follow Bracket Standard Operating Procedures for data change management data transfer verification and risk impact assessment documentation Some data entry of data change requests may be required Technical support after-hours on-call time is required at set intervals Participates in special data-related projects as needed Youll need to bring - 2-4 years of experience working in a data-driven environment In-depth working knowledge of Structured Query Language SQL as well as Microsoft Windows 2000 2003 XP 7 and the suite of Microsoft Office applications Experience with standard data mining and data presentation techniques Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment with minimal direct supervision Must have excellent written communication skills including the ability to effectively document procedures processes and results as interaction with team members occurs daily Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work Must have very strong skills with Microsoft Office applications Must be comfortable working with business users and technical teams Ability to create and execute SQL Queries is required We would be thrilled if you bring in the below Familiarity with C programming language is a plus Working knowledge of Visual Basic is a plus Familiarity with GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus We know that everyone has different wants and needs which is why along with a highly competitive base salary we support our people and their loved ones with a variety of perks and benefits As part of our team some of the benefits you can expect to receive are Medical Insurance Group Accidental Coverage Insurance Group Term Life Insurance Company Paid Subscription to Calm -
