Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: In-office

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
