Role Overview
We are urgently looking for a
Technical Sales Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining and expanding Plizma's business relationships. Success in this role requires a strong technical understanding of our products combined with a sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and develop long-term business relationships
- Provide technical support and clarify solutions when needed
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable water treatment solutions
- Assist in proposal preparation and coordinate with project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience
in technical sales / industrial sales (water treatment industry experience is a plus) - Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Outgoing personality with ability to build trust and rapport
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
