- Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
