  • Manage change activities via ServiceNow, including CAB approvals, CRQ tracking, and deployment governance.

  • Drive automation in release processes (e.g., G-Charm, DevOps pipelines) to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

Controls & Compliance

  • Monitor control activities in line with the Integrated Control Framework (ICF).

  • Identify and support remediation of Gaps to Policy (GTP) and audit deficiencies.

  • Support annual assessments (TPRM, OEA, ICAA/ISA) and corporate audit readiness.

  • Collaborate with product teams to implement compensating controls and track remediation to closure.

Automation & Innovation

  • Leverage AI to automate control monitoring, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting.

  • Champion automation initiatives across release and control processes to drive efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

  • Bring a strong zeal for automation, continuously exploring innovative technologies and practices to enhance operational effectiveness.

Governance & Reporting

  • Contribute to Change Control Board (CCB) compliance and ensure governance across all logistics products.

  • Maintain KPIs and dashboards for release and control performance.

  • Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) governance and feedback loops for logistics applications.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product teams, Vendor partners and Central Governance teams (Cyber Security, Global Change Management, etc.).

  • Engage with regional and global stakeholders to harmonise release and control practices.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as implementation of Bring Your Identity for 3PL users, DR/WAF, and roles rationalisation.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Release Management, IT Controls, or DevOps within a logistics or supply chain environment.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, audit frameworks, and risk management.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Exposure to AI/ML tools or platforms used in IT operations or compliance is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
