Operations Executive Job description:Responsible for day-to-day controlling of 2-wheeler delivery executives and planning Key Roles and Responsibility1. Ensure the 2-wheeler riders’ availability is planned for the next day2. Ensure that 2-wheeler riders arrive at reporting location on time3. Ensure alternate arrangements are made if an assigned rider does not report in the reportinglocation4. Monitor the end-to-end delivery process – From the time the customer places the order to the time the end customer receives the order and all payments cleared.5. Plan and assign schedule orders6. Ensure SLA are met with no escalations from customer.7. Ensure that all CODs are paid back to the customer or Qwqer the same day8. Ensure that drivers are properly allocated to meet customer requirement keeping a constant check on the driver productivity.9. Must have updated ground level information and must be willing to go on the field to conduct spot audits, meet riders and keep them updated on the driver app release, training requirements etc. 10. Assist in sourcing and recruitment of quality delivery executives and drivers by referral programs and field sourcing11. Ensure that all documents are checked and verified before onboarding a delivery executive.12. Timely information must be provided to the customer service team13. Ensure to meet our high standards for customer satisfaction14. Ensure all business are conducted in accordance with the company’s operational and safety procedures ensuring minimum risk to drivers and the businessJob Specification: -Requirements: Looking for an immediate joiner Male or female candidate can apply1 to 2 Years of relevant experience in last mile / hyper local delivery operations either as an operations executive or Team Lead Must have good communication skill in Kannada and reasonable communication skill in English and Hindi Flexibility in shift timings.
