Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Purchase Executive/Manager to manage procurement activities, develop new vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure timely supply of materials. You'll play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and reducing costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vendor Management: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to ensure a robust supply chain. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors. 2. Sample Approval: - Coordinate with quality team to approve samples from new vendors. - Ensure samples meet quality standards before bulk procurement. 3. Negotiation: - Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. - Ensure best possible rates and terms for the company. 4. Supply Chain Management: - Monitor and manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery. - Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks. 5. Rate Reduction: - Analyze market trends and negotiate rate reductions with vendors. - Implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement processes. 6. Purchase Order Management: - Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Track and resolve any issues related to purchase orders. Requirements: years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry. 2. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 3. Ability to analyze market trends and optimize procurement processes. 4. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software. 5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with supply chain management and logistics. 2. Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
