Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with expertise in Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coatings on concrete surfaces. This hybrid role combines sales generation with technical execution oversight. The ideal candidate should have proven sales achievements and hands-on experience in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.

Technical & Project Execution

  • Manage end-to-end polyurethane and epoxy coating projects on concrete floors.
  • Oversee manpower to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits for inspections and progress updates.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Submit regular project and sales performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in polyurethane & epoxy floor coatings.
  • Strong background in sales and project execution with proven achievements.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of coating materials, application processes, and project handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Relevant technical certifications in coatings will be an added advantage.
