  We are looking for someone to be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

• What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

  Responsibilities 

• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment. 
• Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality. 
• Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs. 
• Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system. 
• Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce. 

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

• Should be a 'star' business professional with 1 - 3 years of experience in handling strategic clients and implementing international sales & marketing initiatives/account management processes for an IT company (preferably in the internet domain)
• You are looking to build a career in sales and account management.
• Have immaculate written and oral communication skills and is comfortable with dealing with clients via email/chat & phone.
• You are tenacious & street smart.
• You have excellent business acumen – a keen eye to snap up opportunities that surface through the course of managing an account.
• You are objective driven, analytical, extremely motivated and a logical and creative thinker.
• You are able to manage stakeholders, and have the ability to take quick, sound decisions which are critical to success in this role.

• Skills and Qualifications 

• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds in Lightning 
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience designing, developing and testing scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, SOQL 
• Experience with architecture and APIs using RESTful services. 
• Hands on experience using Salesforce Data Loader, SFDC Workbench for data management and integration of 3rd party applications. 
• Experience building customer facing, web-based user interfaces, with understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks is a Plus. 
• Experience in Salesforce marketing cloud with building Journeys, automation is a Plus. 
• Experience with Quality Assurance testing including writing test cases, executing test scenarios and documenting results.  Be a proponent of comment code and writing proper documentation. 
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders and capable of working independently or with other team members on multiple projects at a time. 
• Detailed and deadline-oriented along with a willingness to meet the needs of a 24/7 environment 
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions 
• Education: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA 
• Certification: PD1, ADMIN01 - Salesforce certification would be a plus
