Despite strong technical achievements, our **revenue growth hasn't matched our innovation strength**. We are now seeking a visionary leader to scale the business exponentially, multiply profitable revenue, and build a sustainable growth engine for the next decade and beyond.

Role Summary :

As Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be **the strategic architect and execution leader** for all growth-related initiatives. Your mission: **drive exponential, profitable revenue growth** by unlocking new markets, creating product-market fit, building high-performance teams, and leveraging our innovation DNA.

You will work closely with the founding leadership and board to shape and implement transformative strategies, both in India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

*Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy focused on multiplying profitable revenues across domestic and export markets.

* Identify and **unlock new verticals, customer segments, and geographies**.

* Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Strategic Alliances.

* Build high-impact go-to-market (GTM) teams with a performance and growth mindset.

* Modernize branding, digital outreach, and customer engagement frameworks.

* Establish strong channel partner networks and long-term customer relationships.

* Develop scalable and repeatable business models from existing innovations.

* Represent the company at high-level industry forums, customer meetings, and strategic collaborations.

* Build KPIs and track performance metrics aligned with growth goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

* A product of a **premier engineering institution** (IITs, IISc, NITs preferred); an MBA from a reputed institute is a strong plus.

* 15+ years of experience with **proven leadership in engineering-driven industries**, ideally in capital goods, automation, or industrial tech.

* Demonstrated success in **scaling revenues**, developing markets, and building strong teams.

* Deep understanding of industrial technology trends, manufacturing ecosystems, and customer needs.

* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and hands-on business acumen.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for impact and results.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational leadership.
