Trainee Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Support:

• Assist in preparing technical aspects of sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

• Provide technical information and support to the sales team and prospective clients.

• Help conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability and constraints.
• Project Design & Engineering:
• Support the preparation of technical designs for solar PV systems, including layout drawings, single-line diagrams, and other engineering documents using CAD software.
• Assist with performing technical analyses, such as energy production or site-specific calculations.
• Project Execution & Support:
• Provide technical support to the project management team during project implementation.
• Conduct site visits to assist with site evaluations, technical installations, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Help manage and organize technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and as-built conditions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
• A foundational understanding of photovoltaic systems and their components is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
