Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), annual budget preparation and mid-year revisions.
  • Drive monthly / quarterly forecasting focusing on revenue, OPEX, CAPEX & cash flow.
  • Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability improvement plans.
  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements.

2. Cost Optimization & Profitability

  • Identify opportunities for cost saving across production, supply chain, sales, logistics and procurement.
  • Evaluate cost drivers such as Raw Materials, Power & Fuel, Manpower, Maintenance.
  • Implement zero-based costing / cost control measures and monitor results.

3. Business & Commercial Planning

  • Analyze production volumes, yields, dispatches and sales performance vs. targets.
  • Support pricing decisions & product/customer profitability analysis.
  • Evaluate new product / product line expansion, demand forecasting and business growth opportunities.

4. Commercial Control / Vendor Management

  • Validate and process vendor invoices against agreements/work orders.
  • Ensure commercial approval process, debit notes, dispute resolution and governance.
  • Review vendor agreements ensuring competitive pricing and terms.

5. Data Analytics, MIS & Reporting

  • Deliver monthly management dashboard, KPI reports, financial insights to leadership.
  • Drive automation, process standardization and reporting efficiency.
  • Present financial reports during monthly review meetings with senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
